Refund policy

At Edora Living we put our customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and the procedures for domestic and international returns.

1. Domestic & EU Orders (Statutory Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer residing within Germany or the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The Return Window: The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item in your order.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags, components, and packaging intact.
Return Shipping Fees (Domestic/EU): Return shipping costs within Germany/EU are under the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. International Orders (Non-EU)

For customers located outside the European Union, the following terms apply:

Return Window: You may request a return within [e.g., 14 / 30] calendar days of receiving your package.
Condition of Items: Products must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
International Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all international return shipping fees, tracking costs, and insurance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Shipping costs, customs duties, import tariffs, and local sales taxes incurred on the original delivery are non-refundable. Any customs fees incurred by us when receiving your returned shipment will be deducted from your total refund amount.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps before sending any items back:

Email Us: Contact our customer support team at edoraliving@gmail.com with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Authorization & Instructions: We will verify your order and provide you with return authorization and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Securely: Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.

Note: Unsolicited returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items are strictly exempt from being returned or refunded for health, safety, or legal reasons:

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order goods.
Sealed items opened after delivery that are unsuited for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, intimate apparel).
Clearance or items explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
Digital downloadable products or gift cards.

5. Refunds & Processing Times

Inspection: Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a physical inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Payment Method: Approved refunds will automatically be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product, a product damaged in transit, or an incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at edoraliving@gmail.com
Include your Order Number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer package.
Upon confirmation, we will arrange a full refund or send a replacement free of charge, including any return shipping costs incurred.
